Brewery Falkenstein

The Falkenštejn Brewery is located in the historic centre of Krásná Lípa in two connected buildings on the local square.

The brewery brews a beer bearing the same name – Falkenštejn. It is intended not only for locals, but also for visitors heading to the picturesque valley of the Křinice river between Krásná Lípa and Bad Schandau, the heart of the Bohemian and Saxon Switzerland National Parks. The name of the beer refers to the iconic sandstone landmarks – the rock castle Falkenštejn near Jetřichovice and the Falkenstein massif near Bad Schandau.

The brewery also includes a cosy brewery bar with a capacity of 60 seats, located in a reconstructed townhouse. In the summer months, guests can enjoy an outdoor garden on the square with an additional 50 seats. The Falkenštejn brewery offers not only the experience of honest beer, but also the authentic atmosphere of Bohemian Switzerland.

Accomodation

Visitors who are in no hurry after a delicious meal and beer at the Falkenštejn Brewery can stay on site. The brewery offers comfortable accommodation in a guesthouse with eleven stylishly furnished rooms, where there is no lack of comfort or true brewery atmosphere - the taproom is literally nearby and the delicious breakfast is also nearby.

For those who like to cook for themselves, apartments with kitchenettes are available. All you have to do is bring a pitcher of fresh beer.

Dining

The restaurant offers Falkenštejn beer straight from the tank all year round and a selection of dishes designed to pair perfectly with the beer. In addition to the regular menu, prepared dishes from the daily menu are served at lunchtime. The emphasis is on fresh ingredients, ideally from local and artisan producers.
