Dank des vernetzten Zugsystems der Nationalparkbahn und der daran anschließenden touristischen Verbindungen gelangen Sie bequem zu allen wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten und auch in die versteckten Winkel der Region. Während die Bahnlinie das gesamte Gebiet der Böhmisch-Sächsischen Schweiz umspannt, bringen Sie die Busse dorthin, wo die Schienen nicht hinführen. Schonen Sie die Natur und sparen Sie Zeit – planen Sie Ihren Ausflug, ohne nach einem freien Parkplatz suchen zu müssen.
How to reach us?
Das Tor zur Region ist die Stadt Děčín, die Sie von Prag aus über Ústí nad Labem stündlich mit dem Schnellzug erreichen können. Die Zugfahrt dauert etwa so lange wie eine Folge eines guten Podcasts, also rund 1,5 Stunden. Von Liberec aus sind Rybniště oder Rumburk ideale Einstiegspunkte.
How to move around the place?
Sobald Sie angekommen sind, haben Sie es geschafft. Unsere Region ist von einem dichten Netz aus gut aufeinander abgestimmten Reisebussen und Zügen durchzogen. Mit dem Zug der Nationalparkbahn bringt Sie die Linie U28 durch die gesamte Region, von Děčín über das sächsische Bad Schandau bis zum Šluknovský výběžek. Die grünen Busse der DÚK bringen Sie wiederum direkt zu den Ausgangspunkten der Wanderwege. Ergänzen können Sie diese Kombination auch durch Fähren auf der Elbe.

The most romantic connection across the river
The ferries in our region are not just tourist attractions, but an integral part of the transportation system. The most important one is the ferry in Hřensko, which serves as a key link between the Czech and German sides. Take the U28 train to the Schöna stop, cross the Elbe by boat in just a few minutes, and in Hřensko you can immediately board tourist buses heading toward Pravčická brána or Jetřichovice.
