Free transport
Free network ticket
Ústí nad Labem Region supports tourism in Bohemian Switzerland. Visitors who stay in the destination of Bohemian Switzerland for 2 nights or more are offered a free one-day DÚK network ticket for each day of their stay.
How does the free transport, the so-called DUKpass, work?

The DÚKpass, or free travel pass, is a voucher with a generated QR code issued to visitors by accommodation providers participating in the free transportation system. Visitors then scan this QR code into the DÚKapka app to receive a free all-day network pass for each day of their stay, including the day of arrival. The free pass is valid for visitors who spend at least 2 nights in the Bohemian Switzerland destination.
How do you do that?
1. Ask your accommodation provider for a voucher
First, ask your accommodation provider in Bohemian Switzerland to generate a voucher for free transport, the so-called DÚKpass.
An accommodation provider participating in the free transportation system can issue a DÚKpass for a specific individual or for a group of guests (up to 6 people). If you stay for 2 nights or more, you will receive one all-day network ticket for each day of your stay and for each person staying with you, which you can use on buses, trains, or ferries.
DÚKpass for Adults – issued to all persons 18 years of age and older
DÚKpass for Children – issued to all persons aged 6 to 18 (children under 6 travel free of charge)
The all-day ticket can be used not only within the Bohemian Switzerland region, but also throughout the Ústí nad Labem Region—specifically, anywhere the DÚK fare system applies—including, for example, the Janov–Hřensko–Mezná shuttle service (441 Shuttlebus), Kamenický Šenov, Dubá, Kralupy nad Vltavou, and Rakovník.
You also have the opportunity to use free transport in the DÚK tariff zone when travelling to Bohemian Switzerland, if you ask the accommodation provider in advance. He will generate a voucher for the day of your trip.
2. Install the app on your phone
Scan the QR code for your device below using your mobile phone (iPhone = App Store or Android = Google Play), or search for the DÚKapka app in the appropriate app store and install it on your phone.
3. Scan the QR code from the voucher according to the instructions below
Launch the DÚKapka app and follow the instructions below to scan the QR code from the voucher you received from the accommodation provider.
Note: If a group of guests activates all vouchers on a single mobile device, they must always travel together; that is, one guest cannot travel in direction A while another travels in direction B. Ideally, each guest should activate the voucher’s QR code on their own mobile device. This allows the group to travel together, but also to split up if necessary.
