History of TU-104 aircraft and restaurant

The aircraft was manufactured in 1950 in the former USSR for military nuclear purposes. In 1962 it was purchased by CS Airlines and converted into a transport aircraft. In 1993, the TU 104 was transported to Petrovice near Ústí nad Labem from Toužim, where this retired machine stood among the prefabricated houses in the housing estate and housed a gambling hall with slot machines. After extensive modifications, TU 104 was opened as a restaurant in Petrovice on 14 March 1995.

The restaurant is open daily from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. and offers breakfast, salads, ready meals, snacks and traditional sweet desserts at reasonable prices.

Dining

An original restaurant inside a now defunct aircraft with staff serving you in the uniforms of stewardesses and stewards. The food is delicious, you don't have to wait long, and the prices? For being a few steps from Germany, the prices are very reasonable.
