From Doubice to the beauties of Bohemian-Saxon Switzerland

The round trip starts in the picturesque village of Doubice.

The route leads first to Kyjov, where it is possible to swim in the local dam in summer.

Doubice – Kyjov – Zadní Doubice – Hinterhermsdorf – Zadní Jetřichovice – Uhlířův domek – Louka na Tokáni – Doubice

From here, continue through the beautiful landscape through the Kyjov valley. You can stop by the local bear, which is one of the elements of the new All the Senses nature trail.

Along the river Křinice you can comfortably reach the state border in a few kilometres and from the Border Bridge continue on to Saxon Switzerland. After about 3 km you will reach Hinterhermsdorf, where you can have a refreshment.

Then it was back to Křinice and back to Bohemia.

Through the border crossing Zadní Jetřichovice you can get back to Bohemian Switzerland and along the Czech road you can reach the Uhlíř house, a replica of the house from the famous fairy tale The Proud Princess, which was filmed here.

Cycle route No. 3029 then leads to the crossroads Louka na Tokáni from where it is only about 5 km along cycle route No. 3076 back to Doubice.
