Varnsdorf sausages

This group of fatty and fragrant products from VARNSDORFSKY UZENIN rightfully bears the designation of Czechoslovak Switzerland regional product. They are created using time-tested original recipes.

The production of sausages, sausage rolls and salami is primarily a matter of handcrafted and precise work with raw materials. The meat for the above products is first broken down, prepared, sorted, kneaded and stuffed. The individual steps in production require, above all, appropriate technological procedures, craftsmanship and knowledge of the trade.

Menčíkova podková – this sausage is made on the basis of the original recipe of VARNSDOFSKY UZENIN from carefully sorted quality meat. The product has a captivating and flavour-balanced meat taste. It is a hand-tied product that contains no substitutes or added substances.

Pork should er and hind knees – it is made from selected parts of pork shoulder and hind knees. The quality of the product is marred by its delicate taste of cooked meat and spices. The meat used in the tlačenka makes the mosaic on the cut stand out. The production process, raw materials and ingredients used are based on traditional recipes of master butchers.

Lužičan – this salami is made on the basis of the original recipe of VARNSDOFSKY UZENIN from sorted parts of pork meat, which is ground to the appropriate grain size. The smoking and drying process for this product is specific. The heat treatment method gives the product the desired aromatic and flavour characteristics.
