Hand-decorated gingerbread and cookies Paperník

Mrs. Eva Parásková lives with her children in a house in the village of Kytlice – a family business producing mainly moist and tasty gingerbread was established in 2012. Since then, she has won awards – Regional Product of the Lusatian Mountains and Macha Region and Food Product of the Přemysl Ploughman Region.

Her products also include Honey Snacks, Buckwheat Flowers, Apple Crusaders, Herb Crackers, Date Nuggets, Maple Crackers, Whole Wheat Crackers, Oat Crackers, Honey Crackers, Robber Crackers, Pepper Crackers, Rustic Almond Cakes, Rye Crackers, Marble Crackers, Sesame Crackers, and Hand Decorated Gingerbread Cookies.

Its products can be found mainly at regional markets or can be ordered directly. Her specialties include the production of gingerbread houses, cribs, regional and folk motifs.

In the last two years, we have been trying to prioritize packaging-free sales, which has been successful and we currently supply almost all packaging-free stores in the region and beyond.

We order seeds, dried fruits, spices and nuts from the Pytlíci.cz unpacked shop, or we buy them in person. We use herbs for herb crackers from our own garden and if they are not enough we order them from Bylík.cz in paper packages. We buy flour for the production of gingerbread from our region – from the Litoměřice region.

It also organises Creative Baking Workshops for the public and school groups.
