Chutneys, jams, syrups and pestles from Kytlice

After leaving Prague from Mladá Fronta Publishing House, where he worked as a graphic designer, Petr Psota returned north to Kytlice, where he has a summer cottage and spends all his free time. This region has completely captivated him with its charm. Since his youth he has also been interested in alternative ways of life, herbs, nature and all things related. At the same time, he also had a very positive relationship with gastronomy. As fate would have it, Mr. Psota eventually turned to the production of delicacies – especially chutneys, jams, syrups and pesto.

Everything is made by hand, without dyes and chemicals and, as far as possible, from local ingredients. Slowly and gradually, people passed on positive references after tasting his products, and so Mr Psota gradually expanded his circle of regular customers, and later he was approached by the first shops, restaurants and information centres.
