From Srbská Kamenice after the views

The cycle trip starts in Srbská Kamenice and leads along the foot of Růžový vrch along cycle route No. 3076A to Růžová, where you can visit the Růženka lookout tower.

The trip continues along unmarked trails through Hájenky to Janov.

Srbská Kamenice – Růžová – Janov – Arnoltice – Labská stráň – Belvedér viewpoint – Arnoltice – Bynovec – Kámen – Nová Oleška – Srbská Kamenice

There is also a very nice lookout tower here. It is called Janov Lookout Tower and reaches an impressive height of 30 meters. The lookout tower offers a beautiful view of the Bohemian-Saxon Switzerland, the Lusatian Mountains or even Ještěd.

In Janov, make a stop for refreshments at one of the local restaurants or at the local windmill.

There are several of them on the route as well. There is one near Růžová and another one further along the trail near Arnoltice. The route then continues on to the Belvedér viewpoint.

This rock terrace is one of the oldest viewpoints in Bohemian Switzerland and was built at the beginning of the 18th century.

The view of the Elbe Canyon is stunning. You can observe the river Elbe itself, as well as many rock formations, the surrounding nature, even the cyclists on the Elbe Cycle Trail, which leads through the Elbe Canyon to Germany.

But in no rush, you continue through Arnoltice to Bynovec and then back to Srbská Kamenice via Kámen and Nová Oleška. Here you can end your trip in one of the local restaurants or go and see the very nice forest theatre.
