The sprawling grounds of the Děčín water park were built right next to the Ploučnice River, on land that used to be nothing but fields and fallow land. But then, one night, a hot spring gushed forth and, by morning, had formed a meandering stream.

Today, you’ll find a number of pools here, the largest and most intricate of which is sheltered under a roof, providing excellent conditions for swimming and relaxing by the water even in the dead of winter. The pool is also connected to the outdoor area, so you can swim from the heat to the cold, enjoying the benefits of the thermal water while watching the frost that adorns the surrounding grass.

You’ll find two water slides here—a gentler yellow one and an adrenaline-pumping red one—plus a tube slide. In addition to a relaxation pool equipped with massage jets, there is also a classic lap pool, a children’s pool, saunas, a solarium, and massage services. On top of all that, there’s a private Relax Club with a hot tub, sauna, and lounge chairs—here you can indulge in wellness experiences with friends while enjoying complete privacy. It’s open daily, all year round.
