Game Delicacies – Wild Boar in Its Own Juices and Wild Boar Goulash

Mr. Hynek Jirman from Dolní Poustevna produces high-quality canned food with a high meat content in his small family business. They contain wild boar meat, which comes from hunting associations from the Šluknov Spit. The Jirman company prepares the following venison snacks:

Wild Boar Goulash (66% meat) – a gluten-free product with no chemical preservatives and minimal salt; suitable for children and people with celiac disease.

Wild boar in its own juice (98% meat) – canned food suitable for consumption both cold and as a product intended for further heat treatment during cooking.

Strict hygiene conditions are observed during production: the venison is stored at a temperature of 3°C for 7 days, at the same time it is examined by the SVS CR and then released for production, the venison is then skinned and prepared for cutting (portioning), the meat is carefully sorted, cut and salted, filling the cans is 100% handmade, each can is weighed to achieve 100% quality, the cans are sterilized in an autoclave at 121°C, no “E”s or other chemical substitutes are used in production.

The products are then delivered to local stores – for example, the butcher’s shop in Dolní Poustevná, or it is possible to order products from Mr. Hynek Jirman.
