The resort consists of 3 buildings:

Cottage:

The original, 200-year-old log cabin is suitable for larger families and larger groups - the entire cottage has a total of 13 beds divided into 3 rooms and a lounge with a large kitchen and fireplace on the ground floor, where the evening sitting is a real treat. The cottage still retains its charisma. It is an oasis of peace and quiet for those looking for a slower passage of time.

Barn:

Accommodation in the barn is suitable for guests who prefer privacy in separate, modern, simple but fully furnished apartments. Each of them has its own kitchenette and bathroom. On the ground floor you will find a large lounge with comfortable seating, as well as a bar for your private parties, for example. For these we will be happy to prepare for you, among other things, a buffet from our hotel restaurant.

Both the cottage and the barn have a seasonal, outdoor saltwater swimming pool measuring 9.5 x 2.8m in the garden. It is also possible to book a private sauna for up to 6 people in the nearby hotel wellness area.

On request, accommodation with a pet is also possible.

Hotel:

The hotel is the heart of the resort. A brand new facility that opened its doors to guests in the summer of 2025. We are creating a place that will excite even the most demanding guests. Accommodation in luxuriously furnished rooms, a restaurant with a sun terrace and breathtaking views of the countryside, and a spa with an indoor pool and sauna. Resort Vysoká Lípa is a unique concept in the locality of Bohemian Switzerland.
