At the time of the industrialisation of the Českokamenický estate of the Kinský family, textile production was concentrated in Krásná Lípa and its surroundings – and it is in this historical context that the house has its roots.

Guests have at their disposal a spacious house with a capacity of seven beds and the possibility of extra beds, which ensures a comfortable and quiet stay even for a larger family or a group of friends.
