{"id":92129,"date":"2018-02-14T11:24:00","date_gmt":"2018-02-14T10:24:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ceskesvycarsko.cz\/regionalni\/beer-falkenstejn\/"},"modified":"2018-02-14T11:24:00","modified_gmt":"2018-02-14T10:24:00","slug":"beer-falkenstejn","status":"publish","type":"regionalni","link":"https:\/\/www.ceskesvycarsko.cz\/en\/regional\/beer-falkenstejn\/","title":{"rendered":"Beer Falken\u0161tejn"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Falken\u0161tejn brewery was <strong>opened in 2013 on the square in Kr\u00e1sn\u00e1 L\u00edpa <\/strong>, which is the center of the Bohemian Switzerland National Park and also a city with a unique location on the border of the touristically attractive regions of Bohemian Switzerland, the Lusatian Mountains and the \u0160luknov region.<\/p>\n<p>In 2017, the brewery was expanded, modernized, and its capacity was increased to 3,000 hl of brewed beer per year. The brewery also includes a beer bar with a restaurant, a brewery guesthouse, and a small hall for social and corporate events.  <\/p>\n<p>Our goal is to brew good and honest beer. We use modern technology in its production, but at the same time we adhere to traditional craft production methods. Moreover, after maturation, our beer goes to customers fresh and is not modified by filtration or pasteurization.  <\/p>\n<p>The basic line of our beers consists of a light lager 11\u00b0, a semi-dark lager 12\u00b0, a dark special 14\u00b0 and a top-fermented APA beer 13\u00b0.
