The via ferrata in D\u011b\u010d\u00edn near the Bohemian Switzerland National Park area offers an unforgettable experience. It\u2019s a perfect climbing adventure with a safe, but heart-pounding, ascent on a sheer rock wall. You\u2019ll climb up using iron cables, ladders, and rope bridges. This is the biggest Czech via ferrata climbing park and it really is for everyone. There are 15 routes from 150 to 170 meters long. Beginners will have a great time getting the hang of a real via ferrata climb outdoors. Accompanied by our guide with an expert knowledge of all the routes, experienced adventurers can conquer the most demanding D routes. And, for everybody, there\u2019s a stunning view of D\u011b\u010d\u00edn Castle and the dizzying Elbe Canyon. Local beer and refreshments at the top are included.<\/p>\n
You will meet our friendly English speaking guide at our rental shop next to the via ferrata base. You\u2019ll be given full equipment and our guide will help you to fasten it. Then you\u2019ll go to the foot of the cliff. You\u2019ll start with instruction on how to use the equipment and how to move securely on the rock. Instruction takes about 15 minutes. As soon as you master the basic skills, you\u2019ll start climbing a route that the guide has selected to match your abilities and give you the most fun. Our skilled instructor will be with you the whole way, helping you to get over tough spots, so you can fully enjoy the adrenaline rush and the beautiful views. From its terrace there is a fantastic view. You will finish your unforgettable day here, for sure, with a chilled czech beer in a hand.
